Cholesterol Cholestrol

I need help with a low sugar, low cholesterol diet...?

I have recently been having some chest pains that won't seem to go away, and I am only 21. So my doctor decided to put me on this diet but I have no idea how to follow it. I could use all the help I could get.

  3. So it sounds like you're having problem with both sugar and cholesterol. Did your doctor recommend exercise. Walking for instance or riding a bike are great for lowering cholesterol and maintaining a good sugar level in your metabolism. Fruits and vegetables are great for sugar and cholesterol regulation. You might also do an online search for a good dietary book and get it at the library. I'm 47, have run all my life 3-4 times a week and owe my good health to all the exercise.
