  4. don't eat steak or fried foods. eat oatmeal in the morning and don't drink whole milk. your cholesterol level should go down. some exercise would be nice

  7. just try to limit intake of cheese and other dariy products with lots of fat (skim or lowfat milk is fine), eggs, and meats.
