- Do a search at Amazon.com. There are a lot of books available. But then again, doing a web search could give you lots of info as well.
- don't eat steak or fried foods. eat oatmeal in the morning and don't drink whole milk. your cholesterol level should go down. some exercise would be nice

- just try to limit intake of cheese and other dariy products with lots of fat (skim or lowfat milk is fine), eggs, and meats.
