- My mother-in-law was having the same problem. She started eating this great cookie she found online. I listed the pages to their site and some additional information to look at.
- For such a cimplicated diet, call your doctor and ask for a referral to a Registered Dietitian (R.D.) Your local large clinic or hospital should have one that can see you as an outpatient. They can break all this down for you in simple,easy-to-understand and easy-to-follow steps. And you'll enjoy the visit. Otherwise, a diabetic diet should be inherently low cholesterol and low fat, IF you're dong it right.
