Does a high ( 3000+) calorie, low salt . low cholesterol diet exist?

I need 3000 calories just to maintain a weight of 64 kilos. ( I am 5ft 9ins.) A low salt diet is due to hypertension.

  2. Just eat ALOT more salmon, white meat chicken, fruits & veggies.... add some baked potatoes, pasta, legumes & rice to your diet too......
  3. the question is why do you need a 3000 Calorie diet are you an athlete, or something like that? Is your metabolism really high if not you are just going to gain weight. I suggest talking to your family doctor
  4. If you're just looking for high calorie and low (or no) cholesterol, eat lots of sugary stuff. Gobble up candies - but not chocolate because there is fat in chocolate and there will be cholesterol there. You can make your own high calorie dishes at home - puddings and things of that sort, angel food cake has lots of calories but no cholesterol and if you make it yourself you don't have to add any salt. The other way to achieve your goal is just to eat tons and tons of fruit and veggies. It's going to take a lot of eating to consume 3000+ calories of fruit and veggies, but it's your best bet for a balanced diet and a healthier diet than the angel food cake diet........
