How do you build a blood vessel? one with cholesterol and one thats clean(no cholestrol)?

1. Build a blood vessel? I don't know what you mean really. Are you taking about a model blood vessel? If you are, then I would suggest two lenghts of clea plastic tubing. In one, pour a small amount of porridge or something similar into it, but not too much to block it, and let it dry over night. Then, the bloodflow should be shown as restricted when you pour a liquid down the tube. If that's not what you meant though, then sorry.
