When they say oat bran,cinamon & other stuff reduces your cholestrol.Do they also unblock or reduce plaque?

When they say oat bran,Cinnamon & other stuff reduces your cholesterol.Do they also unblock or reduce plaque from artery too?Why no one is clarifying that?

  1. not sure about that. i think so but be careful not to cause something to your stomach cause spices like cinnamon are quite strong and stuff like that "eats" the interior of your stomach.
  2. No, dietary changes and Stains prevent further plaque build up, however they will not have much effect of existing atheroma in the arteries.
  3. I've always been told that oatmeal does lower cholesterol and in the UK they back that one. Also, cinnamon helps with problems for diabetes
