why is there so much cholestrol in venison?
i have checked several nutrition and calorie counting web sites and i am finding that a serving of venison is said to have between 25 and 40 percent of your daily intake of cholesterol based on a 2000 calorie diet. what makes venison so high in cholesterol?

- All red meats are high in cholesterol. Venison is actually lower than other red meats like beef.
- No Eye Deer You'll often read that venison contains a lower level of cholesterol than beef, but this just isn't true.
