Cholesterol Cholestrol

Is that suggest able to take roasted peanuts for improving HDL(good cholesterol) or the steamed peanuts..?

I've read many articles that peanuts will improve HDL. But some ppl said that roasted peanuts will not help in improving HDL(good cholestrol) but will improve LDL... But i used to take the roasted ones... Is that good for health... ?? Plz help me...

  1. look at the saturated fat content an unsaturated fat content. if there's a lot of saturated fat, if will raise your LDLs; i there's not a lot of saturated fat, and there is a good amount of unsaturated fat, it'll improve your HDLs
